Class are an hour in length and can be structured for beginners, intermediate, or advance practitioners. The student should provide their own mat and possibly blocks and straps. A Yoga Kit is a great starting point!
Biddy is a 200 hour registered certified instructor, and is certified in "BEAM" Yoga in the Kripalu tradition with the Yoga Alliance. She teaches the principles of "BEAM" Yoga meaning Breath, Energy, Alignment and Movement, while incorporating Kripalu's emphasis of not only how you practice but on how you live your life to bring the body, mind, and spirit into a state of harmony and balance.
Biddy has been a practitioner of both Pilates and Yoga since the early 90's. She has taken part in the several workshops and classes, including the Primary Series of Ashtunga with Lewis Rothlein, Bryan Kest's Power Yoga Master Class, "Hip Openers" Workshop with Bob Glickstein, Ashtunga Primary Series 1 class with David Swenson, and a meditation workshop with Linda Morse of the Yoga Center of Melbourne.
